Maintenance

We offer annual boiler services to keep your system in full working order, giving you peace of mind that your system is kept safe from dangerous leaks and is running at its best.
As with your car, a regularly serviced boiler and central heating system will normally last much longer than one that is not looked after.

An initial boiler service costs just £70, and each subsequent year will cost just £65.

Boiler and Central Heating Installations

When installing a full central heating system, there are many things to consider. Book your free consultation with us and we will arrange to visit you to take you through the various options on offer and we’ll explain the features, benefits and costs of each.

Our aim is to install an efficient system that meets your needs for many years to come, at a fair price, leaving you with a heating system that will neatly integrate into your property.

Upgrading your Central Heating

Quite often, a full new system is an overkill and your existing central heating system can be modified with new technologies, making it more efficient than ever before.

Adding an A-rated condensing boiler can make a huge difference to the efficiency and running costs of your system. Other options that can improve an old system include the installation of newer radiators, magnetic system filters, or fitting thermostatic radiator valves.

Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating is generally inexpensive to install, economical to run, maintenance-free, and the heat distribution is total.
It is invisible in that there are no radiators or heated towel rails showing. It can be installed under almost every floor type—wood, tile, stone, and laminate—making it ideal for refurbishment projects. We can apply this heating in bathrooms, shower rooms and wet areas, conservatories and sunrooms, and kitchens and utility rooms.

Underfloor heating systems are controlled by a floor temperature sensor and wall-mounted electronic thermostat, which prevents the floor from overheating. The most comfortable surface temperature will be 22°, however, this can be easily adjusted by turning the dial on the thermostat.
